Ingredients
Refried beans 28 oz. can of spicy refried beans
Avocados two or three ripe avocados
lemon juice from one fresh lemon
Table salt or sea salt
Pepper ground black pepper
Sour cream 8 oz container fat-free sour cream
Mayonnaise
Taco seasoning mix one or two envelopes taco seasoning. Substitute with 1 tbsp of homemade taco seasoning per package.
Grated cheese Monterey Jack, Colby-Jack, or sharp Cheddar
Sliced black olives 8 oz can of sliced olives
Fresh medium tomatoes two or three Roma tomatoes.
Ground beef one pound of ground beef substitute with leftover taco meat or ground turkey.

Steps To Layer Taco Dip
The best way to layer dip is in a glass 9″ x 13″ baking dish.
First, start with the ground beef layer. Next add the creamy layers of avocado and taco seasoning. Finally, top with shredded cheese, chopped tomatoes, and black olives.
Step 1 – Cook and crumble beef into refried beans. Mix beans and spread into a 9″x13″ glass casserole or baking dish. Spread ground beef on top, press into beans to help everything stick together.
