Toppings For a Cheese-less Pizza
The secret to a great pizza is always the crust but next to the crust it’s the sauce. For best results always use fresh ingredients for your sauce.
Fresh ingredients like garlic, tomato, onions, and parsley will take a few extra minutes to chop but the results will always be better.
Cheese-less options: grated vegan cheese or simply crush a handful of pine nuts and fresh basil with a tablespoon olive oil to make pesto.
Delicious Take on Sauces for pizza: instead of the traditional red tomato marinara sauce try a white sauce, garlic butter, or pesto.
Fresh Pizza toppings: red bell pepper, red onion, caramelized onions, artichoke hearts, banana peppers, sliced mushrooms, fresh spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and black olives.
