Everything you need to start baking in just 10 minutes. Warm up the oven and lets start baking. Start by setting up your equipment and ingredients.

  • mesh flour sifter (not necessary but makes a nice fluffy cake)
  • prepare a 9″x13″ cake pan
  • medium mixing bowl
  • stainless steal box grater
  • silicone spoon spatula or rubber spatula
  • flat wire whisk or medium whisk
  • cutting board and knife to chop nuts

  • flour
  • baking soda
  • ground nutmeg
  • salt
  • shortening or butter

  • egg

Apple pudding is a quick baked dessert with apples and cinnamon. Serve with a warm vanilla sauce or a creamy apple butter sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar

  • 1 c. flour

  • 1 tsp soda

  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 c. shortening

  • 3 large apples grated

  • 1 egg beaten

  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

How To Make Apple Pudding Directions

  • Sift together dry ingredients
  • Add shortening, apples, eggs and nuts.
  • Pour into a prepared 9×13″ cake pan.
  • Bake at 350°F for 30 minuets
