  2. Gently flip the peppers over with a pair of tongs and continue air frying for 8 minutes.
  3. To remove the skin of the pepper place them in a food-safe plastic bag and let it sweat and cool for 10 minutes.
  4. Peel skin from peppers and slice into thin slices.
